Delete your Bavora AI account

Parents can permanently remove their account and every associated learner record.

Delete from the web app

Sign in to the parent account you want to delete.
Open the Privacy Centre.
Select “Delete my account” and complete both confirmation steps.

Deletion removes the parent profile, learner profiles, interests, cognitive profiles, lessons, interactions, quizzes, mastery records, recommendations, achievements, and consent records. This action is permanent.

If you cannot sign in

Email infor@cureris.me with the subject “Bavora AI account deletion request”. We will verify that you control the parent account before deleting it. Information may be retained only where required for legal, fraud-prevention or security obligations, as explained in the privacy policy.
