1. Who may use Bavora AI
Accounts may only be created by adults aged 18 or over who are the parent or legal guardian of the child learner, or by authorised educators. Children may not create independent accounts. Every learner profile must belong to a supervising adult account.
2. Your responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials private.
- Only add learner profiles for children you are responsible for.
- Do not enter unnecessary sensitive personal information about a child.
- Supervise use of the AI tutor as appropriate for your child's age.
3. The AI learning companion
Bavora AI is an artificial intelligence system. It can make mistakes and may occasionally produce inaccurate explanations. It is a study aid, not a substitute for a teacher, school curriculum, or professional advice of any kind. Learning insights presented in the product are educational observations only and are not medical, psychological, clinical or diagnostic assessments.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass safety systems, extract model prompts, scrape content, or use the service for anything unlawful or harmful to children.
5. Content and data
You retain rights to the information you enter. You grant us a limited licence to process it in order to operate the service and personalise learning, as described in the privacy policy.
6. Availability and changes
This is an early product. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
7. Termination
You may delete learner profiles or your account from the Privacy Centre. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or endanger children.
